A Band-Pass Filter on a Rectangular Waveguide with Plane-Longitudinal Thin Diaphragms

In modern microwave systems, a wide variety of frequency-selective devices are used, which performed according to certain technologies. Waveguide filters currently rapidly developing class functional devices. The manufacturing technologies, calculation methods and designs such is great. this paper, we consider band-pass filter on rectangular waveguide with cross section 35×15 mm, in which, instead the classic thin plane-transverse diaphragms, plane-longitudinal diaphragms used. Four classical windows used as resonant window, makes it possible conduct electrodynamic analysis show good convergence simulation results. Calculations were using computer-aided design environment CST Studio.
